Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the use of the ClearRound app and website. ClearRound helps independent window cleaners organise customers, jobs, quotes, schedules and business records.
1. Using ClearRound
Use ClearRound lawfully and enter information you are entitled to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of your customer details, job records, prices and other business information, and for protecting access to your devices.
2. Quote calculator
The calculator works from the prices, items and quantities you enter. It does not assess a property or decide an appropriate charge for you. Review each quote for accuracy and include any applicable taxes, access requirements, additional work or other charges before sharing it.
You are responsible for the final price and the terms you agree with your customer. ClearRound is not a party to your agreement with that customer. Sending a quote does not confirm that it has been received or accepted.
3. Sharing quotes and contacting customers
Check the recipient's telephone number or email address and the contents before sending a quote, reminder or other message. Messaging and email services may apply their own terms or charges. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to contact your customers.
4. Manual payment records and reports
ClearRound lets you record payments received outside the app and track money owed. Marking a job as paid records your entry; it does not transfer money or verify that funds have arrived. Check payments against your own records.
Reports depend on the information you enter. ClearRound is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice, and you remain responsible for your business records and obligations.
5. Free use and subscriptions
ClearRound offers free use for up to 24 active customers. Adding a 25th active customer requires ClearRound Unlimited, an annual subscription priced at £29.99 per year in the UK. The current price and applicable subscription terms are displayed in the App Store purchase flow. Review them before purchasing.
Apple processes App Store purchases. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Apple's applicable purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund terms apply. Deleting ClearRound does not itself cancel a subscription.
6. Your data and backups
Your customer and business records remain your data. You are responsible for handling personal information lawfully and keeping suitable backups. iCloud features depend on your Apple account, settings, storage and service availability. Exported files must be stored and shared securely.

7. Availability and third-party services
Features may change with app updates and may depend on a compatible device or services such as iCloud, maps, email and messaging. Those services have their own terms. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that the app will be free of errors. Please report problems to the support address below.
8. Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We may update these terms to reflect changes to ClearRound; the current version and its update date will appear on this page.
